FAQ's

Where are you located?

     - Our trainers switch between 3 different fields depending on the day but are primarily located in the East Cobb area, near Terrel mill park. On Fridays ONLY, we train at 1-touch soccer complex in Smyrna/Mableton

What age + level do you work with?

     - Our 1:1 training starts at age 8, players 6+ can join our small groups if they have 6+ months of experience in an academy (not rec) setting, this is to ensure they have the focus & listening skills needed for our training environments

How do I sign up for training?

     - For 1:1 training click here and complete the interest form at the bottom, for small group training click here and complete the group interest form. We'll reach out once you complete the form and schedule the 1st intro/assessment session. After the 1st session we will give you a reccomendation for training plan and pair you with the coach that is the best fit. From there we begin training with consistency, purpose and quality.

Do you have a team?

      - We have a team of coaches, but all of our training focuses on 1:1, & small groups. Throughout the year we offer camps/clinics & pre-season style camps for teams. Click here to see what current camps & clinics we have running

How much does it cost to train?

     - The price varies, but average cost when on a training plan is between $75 - $90. The more committed you are to training the lower the cost per session

How long are the sessions?

All sessions are 60 minutes long

What is your methodology, how do you make kids better?

     - The main pillar of our methodology is LEARN. TRY. APPLY. Players come and learn how to do techniques + skills, they then get an opportunity to try those techniques in session & get expert feedback from our coaches, we then give them the challenge to apply those techniques at home and in all their other training environments. Consistency is key to see improvement.

Do you train indoors in the cold of winter & the heat of summer?

     - No, we train outdoors year round and only lightning or torrential downpour stops play. Soccer is an outdoor sport so we like to train in the types of conditions that players can expect come gametime. We do not want to create fair-weather athletes, but will make accommodations where needed

Do you do speed and agility or strength training?

     - No, we are soccer training specialists, we are here to improve all aspects related to the skills of soccer and like to use the full 60 minutes for that purpose. You wouldn’t ask your doctor to also check your teeth, you’d go to a dentist who is an expert in that field, same applies with us. We will happily refer you to some excellent Speed + agility or strength trainers if you are interested.
